Microsoft wouldn't give Windows Terminal vertical tabs, so I forked it and did it myself: a full vertical tab rail with drag-reorder, acrylic-polished search, external-window collection into one frame, a wt shim, plus voice dictation and a sessions view on the side branches. Written in the C++ codebase of the actual Windows console host. I use it every day.

The first company. Statewide Florida field-tech operation: structured cabling, commercial camera systems, and multi-site rollouts for retail chains and franchise groups. It grew out of securing and supporting hundreds of arcades and small businesses across the US.

Designed the board. Wrote the firmware. Built the fleet tooling. Seven hardware revisions from an Arduino prototype to a custom optocoupler PCB with a BeagleBone running .NET on Linux: GPIO pulse-train control, UDP auto-discovery, on-board fraud detection, and RS485 interception. Plus a twelve-tool companion suite for provisioning, diagnostics, and USB bill-acceptor drivers. The hardware heart of NiceSweeps.

A ground-up amusement gaming platform: 21 solutions covering game engines, terminals, cashier stations, a message bus, progressive community jackpots, and a custom Windows shell so machines boot straight into the game. Written across nearly two decades of .NET, starting when var didn't exist yet.

The installer and admin suite that put game servers into venues: activation keys, database backup and migration between servers, and terminal maintenance mode, with real end-user documentation, the surest proof software actually shipped.
