Installation Instructions
For Fender Cover
1.
Remove
the seat as per instruction manual
2.
Release
all Velcroâ
3.
Install
front section by working middle section of front cover (two headlight holes in
cover) between LCD display and rear of front rack. Cover will go between rack support bars and clip to the edge of
fenders. Secure all clips and adhesive Velcroâ
4.
Fasten
tank section by wrapping around gas tank area ,clipping at rear of tank and
around the LCD display. Secure all clips and adhesive Velcroâ
5.
Install
rear section, middle part of cover between front of rear rack and rear of
seat area. Cover will go between rack
support bars and clip to the edge of fenders. Secure all clips and adhesive
Velcroâ
6.
When
front and rear covers are installed, position them to cover fenders completely. Attach supplied adhesive Velcroâ where needed. (PLEASE NOTE: THE AREA WHERE THE SELF-ADHESIVE VELCROâ IS TO BE PLACED, HAS TO BE CLEAN AND THE VELCROâ SHOULD SIT FOR 24 HOURS TO CURE BEFORE USING).
7.
Reinstall
seat
Your new fender cover is guaranteed by James
Greeneä Products against any defects in material and workmanship for one full
year from the date of purchase. Should
any problems arise, please contact your dealer. No warranty card is necessary.
WARNING:
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may result in fading and/or
tendering of the material. Do not store
your ATV with fender cover installed in direct sunlight. Damage resulting from exposure to direct
sunlight cannot be warranted.
