TERMS OF SALE

Sales will be authorized to dealers holding a current sales tax number, if applicable in your state.  All new accounts will be C.O.D. until credit can be approved.  C.O.D. shipments receive a 3% discount.  Upon approval of credit, accounts will be allowed terms of Net 30 Days from invoice date.  No orders will be shipped to accounts past due and the account will return to a C.O.D. basis.  Prices include federal excise tax, where applicable.  There are no minimum quantity requirements on most of the products, but due to rising costs, there will be a charge of $2.00 on all orders under $100.00.

All sales are FOB North Wilkesboro, N.C.

RETURN/WARRANTY

James Greene Products warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship.  This warranty does not include damage to product as a result of misuse, accident, or improper opening of original shipping cartons.  Scrapes, tears, cuts, or other damage imposed on products after delivery will not be accepted for return. No returns will be accepted for stock balancing purposes, nor will discontinued stock be accepted for return. 

Returns of defective merchandise for replacement will not be accepted without prior Return Authorization (RA) number issued by our office.  Please write the return authorization number on the outside of carton.

EARLY ORDER PROGRAM

Orders placed and received by May 1, 2008 and shipped within the 2008 Calendar year will automatically receive a 3% early order discount.  All canceled early orders will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
